If you are having difficulties going to a doctor, either temporarily or permanently, you may be eligible for in-home visits. We accept most insurance policies. Contacting our team at +1 (855)466-3631 or filing a contact form is the easiest way to determine eligibility.

In-home clinician services, like visits to the doctor's office, are often covered by Medicare at 80% of the cost. Co-payments and/or deductibles are the responsibility of the patient or their secondary insurance carrier. We accept personal payment for services as well.

We may schedule appointments from the same day to up to one week in advance, depending on your medical needs and location. Some fees may apply.

You can still see your primary care physician on an as-needed basis. Most patients, however, have Housecall Doctors act as their main doctor.

Before the appointment, a member of our scheduling department will call you or a designated person. You may always make an appointment by calling the office. An appointment can also be requested online.

After hours, on weekends, and on holidays, one of our clinicians is on call. If you have an emergency concern that cannot wait until the following working day, you may contact the after-hours clinician. If necessary, the on-call clinician can offer phone consultation, assessment, treatment, and referral.

Our physicians collaborate closely with hospitalists around the region. When necessary, we will organize admissions with hospital personnel.
